Caliber collision did a wonderful job on the infinity they made the car look brand new fixed the front tire that they saw that needed a new tire .the customer service was wonderful I will always take my car there or I will let everyone know if they ever need some work done on the car call caliber collision. so I wanted to say thank u from Stanley Johnson

I would never recommend anyone to Caliber Collision. Worst experience i have ever had. Customer Service bad. Management does not even care and lacks integrity and the do not show good leadership or ownership care

Care repairs were terrible. No care in providing good work. You should care for a car no matter if it is a 2001 or a 2019..

The front desk so nonchalant. Acts like they do not know what is happening in the shop. Owners are very disrespectful. They had my car for 30 days would not provide a rental.or a ride home . Rude , disrespectful and lacks integrity. Needs leadership training for owners and staff customer service training for everyone

I liked that I was kept abreast of the progress of my repairs. It was also great that the mechanic called twice about an additional repair that was initially thought to be unrelated to the accident. I received call backs in a timely manner. And "Francesca" looks fantastic!
