Everyone was very friendly and helpful from start to finish of the entire process. I loved the text updates as well. I appreciate how they took care of my vehicle and even cleaned it up (wash exterior and vacuum inside) before releasing it to me!

Very happy with the repair. The text updates provided more confusion than clarity. I received a test saying my repair was on schedule for completion in four days, then 2 hours later, got the call that it was done and ready for pickup. They seemed automated in a way that it didn't really have anything to do with my repair. I think a text with the estimated completion date, and then an additional text if that estimated date changes, or if something unexpected happened with the repair would have been less confusing than daily automated texts.
