I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your repair shop. I brought my vehicle to your facility for repairs and experienced an excessive delay before my vehicle was returned to me. Upon receiving my car, I immediately noticed a crack in my windshield within seconds of leaving the shop. Because I was concerned that the damage had occurred while my vehicle was in your possession, I turned around and returned to the shop right away to report the issue. When I spoke with an employee named Chuck, he immediately denied that the damage occurred at the shop and provided explanations that did not address my concerns. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. He repeatedly stated that the vehicle was still drivable and that there were no safety concerns, rather than taking responsibility for investigating the damage. Chuck initially advised me that he would look into the matter and contact me to see what could be done to resolve the situation. When he later called, he informed me that a claim would need to be made and indicated that he would handle the process. However, after I followed up again, he changed his position and stated that the shop would only cover my insurance deductible and that I would be responsible for dealing with my insurance company for the remainder of the damages. I find this response unacceptable. My vehicle was returned to me with damage that was not present before it was left in your care. Rather than taking ownership of the situation and working toward a fair resolution, I was met with denial, inconsistent information, and poor customer service. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed by management and that appropriate action be taken to fully resolve the damage caused to my vehicle. I also believe the manner in which this complaint was handled, particularly by Chuck, falls far below the level of professionalism customers should expect. I look forward to receiving a prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter.

The beginning was not warm meaning the front desk group it got better after I put a down payment on the services. Whom ever did the inspection after the service did a sloppy job. Had to have running paint buffed out. I should have taking the car to someone else and paid half of what I paid. But I needed to be close to my sick mom who passed Saturday glad I had my truck back. Just work on presentation, first interactions are lasting. If something happens to my car. I will go elsewhere. Overall my car looks better than it did and I don’t have to return to Caliber ever again.
