My car was transferred via tow truck to another location. When I dropped the car off, there was a fine scratch on the right rear panel. It rubbed out so I was not concerned about it. I requested my car be returned to the original location for pick up. When I went to pick up the car, there was a very evident scratch on the right rear panel of my car. I mentioned it to them. they buffed it out and supposedly painted it but was told the paint did not have time to curate. I asked them to paint it an allow time for the paint to curate. I was able to pick up my car fully repaired but days later. I do appreciate the car was fully repaired!

The team was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very warm. This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have had with accident repairs in all my life. I could not thank this team or spread the word about how great they are, enough. It was a great experience especially considering I was there for a hit and run. They took ALL of the stress out of it.
