They did a great job in the repairs that were done but was a little disgruntled due to the fact I requested an estimate on previous damage to my right rear bumper and trunk . I never got one and really wanted the car completely repaired for my pending trade in . However I wasn’t told until after the car was finished ✔️ that the estimate wasn’t done due to the extent of the damage and possible cost . But I never asked for any of that I was paying out of pocket. Now I will lose equity in my trade due to the damage remaining on the car . I wasn’t given a choice which was not my expectation. I love the quality of work caliber does however this time it was a bit disappointing.

This is the second large repair this shop has done for me. If I wasn't completely satisfied I wouldn't have come back the second time. I am as happy with this repair as I was with the first one.

The car looks BEAUTIFUL and drives perfectly. The telematics and navigation are not working very well. I'm not sure if what the source of the telematics problems is.
