I’ve had service done at Caliber before and had no complaints. I don’t know what happened this time. I would love to be compensated for the inconvenience even if it’s a discount on future repairs.

I asked to be notified before the work was done if the opposite headlamp be buffed out to match the new replacement. If not, keep the old headlamp in since it was only a scratch. The headlamp worked perfectly fine. Also when I picked up my vehicle, the new headlamp didn’t work so I had to come back to the shop making me late to pick up my son. Also, leaving the shop and driving on 95, I had to pull over because Caliber forgot to replace the coolant. I had to pay someone to bring me some coolant.
