We cannot find the words to express our satisfaction with Caliber Collision Mortimer Baltimore. Our vehicle had already been accessed in two other shops in Virginia Beach and DC. We wasted a total of 4 months waiting for both of them to tell us that they were not certified to work with the material our vehicle required. Tracy Barone at Caliber Collision saved the day!!! She was able to answer all of our questions and ensure us that our car would be taken care of with no issues. Her communication throughout the process was beyond our expectations. Her customer service and knowledge meant everything to us. Additionally, she made the insurance process flawless. I only come to this shop because of Mr. Mark. I have been his customer for over 20 years when he had Mark's Auto Body Shop. Mr. Mark, his kids Tracy, Mark Jr are the absolute best. I will follow them where they go. I trust them, they are kind, professional, friendly and just simply good down to earth people. Caliber Collision is blessed to have them.

I had to bring my truck to Caliber Collision twice because of none experience drivers on the road but I’m glad I didn’t take my truck to a non experience collision company because Caliber Collision they did there thing and got my truck looking like it came off the showroom floor.🥳 I am so happy I choose y’all.
