The repair shop personnel were wonderful. They informed me and constantly updated me about everything they needed to do to my car to get it back in a timely fashion. When they couldn't reach me personally, they left detailed messages explaining everything I needed to know and invited me to call back if I had any questions. They were attentive and very responsive the few times I did return a call.
