Everyone at Caliber was great. Exceptional customer service they went above and beyond for Skittles (my car) they replaced my driver side mirror that was cracked in my parking garage, it looks and works like new. Caliber even did a little touch up paint on my driver door. I am extremely satisfied. While I don't want to have any more more damage to my car, if I do they will have my service.

I was delighted to see my car sparkling like brand new. The job was handled very professionally starting with the estimate, the workmanship was at the highest level of excellence. They replaced the drivers side mirror perfectly and all the body work, sanding, painting and top coat was incredibly finished without a single flaw. They even detailed the inside of my car. Caliber Collision is my go to for repairs from Naples Florida to Maryland but the Mortimer Ave in Baltimore has been hands down the best by far. Personnel at Caliber Collision were always polite and with a positive attitude. They communicated well: updates were clear, given frequently, sent by methods suited to their customer and provided meaty information. They stuck to their principles to maintain their Audi certification, even under pressure from a recalcitrant insurance company (Progressive Insurance in this case).
