I would recommend Calliber Collision on Mortimer & Reisterstown Road to anyone who needs body repairs on their car. I would recommend this shop specifically because of how great they take care of us as their customer and our car. And they are so pleasant, and kind and efficient. The icing on the cake was that we were able to leave our rental car at Calliber because they have a great relationship with Enterprise Car Rental we didn’t have to return the car, Enterprise came to pick it up. This was such a wonderful service because I was unable to drive and it would have been an inconvenience to have to return the rental. When Tracy gave us that good news we were overjoyed! That’s what I’m talking about when I say excellent and above and beyond efficient customer service. Thanks so much Tracy! We Love You and the Team at Calliber. ❤️

As always Calliber Collision did an Amazing job repairing our car. When we brought our 2018 Toyota Camry in for repair of our front bumper due to an accident, they took her in and when we picked her up, it was like nothing had ever happened. Tracy the receptionist is Awesome! She always makes us feel so supported and cared about with her happy personality and sweet spirit. She kept us updated regarding our communication with the insurance company and with the rental car company. We felt very well taken care of. Jason and his team of mechanics made sure we were constantly updated about the progress of our vehicle and took care of our car like it was there own. That’s why we always come back to Calliber whenever we have a body part that needs to be repaired. And we only go to the shop on Mortimer Avenue and Reisterstown Road. I went to the other location one time and ran back to this shop with Tracy and the team. We feel like we are treated like family. Thanks to all of you. Love Ralph and Zakiyyah Broadway.
