I appreciate Caliber Collision immensely for dealing with my insurance company directly when other things needed to be repaired. I wouldn’t trust any other company to repair my vehicle. I appreciate the updates on my vehicle. Tracy thank you for all that you do; especially, making sure that your customers feel stress free in so many ways (like making sure that your rental car will be picked up from the body shop). Caliber Collision employees are kind, loyal and trustworthy from start to finish. They always keep you updated on your vehicle. I have entrusted this body shop with my vehicles ( BMWs) over 20 years and they have always superseded my expectations. Last month after my repairs were completed my car looks like a 2026 , and other words my vehicle looks brand new . The work is impeccable. I truly appreciate the employees dealing with my insurance if something else needs to be done to have my vehicle repaired 100 % . Tracy , I appreciate you immensely because you always make sure that the customers are stress free : for example, Tracy will make sure that your rental vehicle will be picked up from Caliber shop once your vehicle has been completed.
