overall not happy. brought truck in. installed wrong mirror. bondo dust everywhere. over spray on back window. also didnt hook my windshield up washer fluid sprayers back up so they sprayed all over my underhood electronics. promised a check for powder coating a piece on truck and never got back to me. also never was compensated for windshield.

James Croy was excellent. He always told me what was happening with my car, and told me the truth, not what I was hoping to hear. He showed me a positive attitude everytime I stopped to check on the progress of the repairs. He never made me feel like I asking too much. He showed compassion for my struggles with not having my vehicle . The staff at the Banning office were great. I would recommend Caliber Collision in Banning to everyone.
