I dropped my car off expecting that being patient throughout the process would be the best way to go. I reached out a maximum of 4 times over the course of 3 1/2 weeks. With that, it finally comes to time to pick up my car, I go in and I completely understand the wait time for paperwork, that’s no biggie. I get in my car after I called earlier that day to ensure it would be ready to go; I drive about 4 miles down the road and all the collision calibration sensors are not functional, I picked it up closing time Friday so I still send a message just in case someone can catch it. Nobody does and I don’t hear from them until a few days later. Mind you I had not had my car for almost a month and was expecting it to be ready to go so I could get back to normal day to day activities. Communication from this place is horrible. They reached out offering to give me a rental for the day but the point is if I’ve left my vehicle there for a substantial period of time, the work should be completed correctly. The tech assigned to me said they would take the car for a drive to see if they had calibrated the sensors as the vendor was in that day and he must have been dishonest. Not only putting my life at risk but most importantly others on the road letting a vehicle with faulty collision systems on the road.

My wheel bearing is not in original condition I hear a harmonic reasonance from my accident site. Have not contacted them yet but I will be back with a further review
