I’m happy with my car. Came out brand new and I had no issues . Car was washed and detailed which was an extra touch. Time line for the service was as promised. I definitely did not want to rush the process and all staff were helpful from start to finish. Communication was there as well.

James was great! He updated us every step of the way. He provided excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised when Caliber was able to closely match my repaired bumper to the color of the rest of my car which is an uncommon color. When I was stuck at the car rental place, James offered to pick me up and was there without delay. Oh yeah, the bonus is that my car was ready for pick up a whole week before the estimated date of completion. Overall, great experience. Thx James and Caliber Collision Banning
