Michael Beeman was the Service Advisor with whom I worked at Caliber Collision. Mr. Beeman was consistently available during the time my car was in his shop. He was highly professional and initiated communication with me as necessary and as appropriate. I felt that I was treated with a very high degree of professionalism and care throughout the repair process. When the repair was complete, I am pleased to report that the work was beautifully performed and that I was, and continue to be, extremely happy with the outcome of the repair. Repair turned out great! I can't believe how amazing the communication was. Getting continued text alerts and updates on the progress was fantastic. Thanks Mike for the great customer service and I'm so glad the repair was completed before the date promised so I can use it for the holiday weekend!

I’m satisfied with the repair or your workmanship is great,, I only have one issue because when I send my truck for smug check it fails , If I only knew that it needs to run more miles because the battery was disconnected I can instead save a few more money for the smug test.
