Very disappointed with the service tech and the quality control- the vehicle should have never been returned to the customer with the obvious defects in the workmanship- neither regional nor service manager seemed to be interested in what we were expressing- they kept insisting that they would take another look and make any necessary corrections- again this all should have been done at final inspection before the vehicle was ever presented back to the customer - if we had an option to rate this experience with a “0” we would have chosen the zero rating - I don’t expect to ever do business with this company nor will I recommend to anyone else- I feel that a woman with no automotive knowledge may have accepted the repairs “as is” then would have to deal with multiple future problems

Front bumper valence is damaged and all scared up. Wasn’t like that when I brought it in. Someone hit a hole in the lot and bottomed out looks like to me because my vehicle was all muddy.

My car had been at the shop for 3 weeks. And when I got there to pick up my car, it wasn’t fixed properly. My horn still didn’t work, and my alarm system wasn’t fixed. They prolonged the fix for way too long for these problems not to be resolved. I just recently dropped it back off to be repaired.
