Every staff member was personable & accommodating from estimate to intake to repairs. My car was hit badly (t-boned center on the passenger side), but Louie made sure I was well-informed & my car well-cared for. He was communicative of status updates over the ~5 weeks it was in shop, which put my anxiety at ease. I’m so thankful how easy they made this stressful process, especially for working with insurance as an out-of-network shop. There was zero delay from them at any step. My car was on the verge of being a total loss, but you wouldn’t be able to tell now after repairs. My car’s even cleaner than it has been in a while. I see why my dealership recommends them, as I do as well.

Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and prompt which made this stressful process so easy. Though they were out-of-network for insurance claim, they handled everything seamlessly. Louie was head of my fixtures & repaired my entire passenger side that was t-boned. My car looks and feels great! You wouldn’t be able to tell anything happened.

We have used caliber in Myrtle Beach South Carolina several times and have always been thrilled. This was our first time using caliber in Baton Rouge.
