From the original damage, I would rather they replaced the back door instead or in addition to the front door. They did an excellent job on repair, but some of the work that had to be done on the backdoor compromised the integrity of the design of the door. An area was smoothed out so much it took away a the distinct crease in that door.

I've never had such good communication and customer service from another collision repair company. Even after I expressed my concern over the crease/line in the back door they were willing to work with me to increase my satisfaction.

Once we spoke with Connor, the original contact person, everything went extremely smoothly. When we spoke with someone else because Connor was out that day, we were given different information. Connor was great! He made the process very easy and worked with us to minimize the time we were without our vehicle. The repair was very good and ended up being less than the estimate. That was because a calibration step was not required. That was fine-would rather that than being surprised later.
