My rep was fantastic! He keept me up to date and informed on status, made sure what I wanted was done to perfection and I got my car back in as good of shape as it was when I drove it off the dealership lot. Overly happey with the service, customer service and professionalism of the personnel at caliber. While I hope I never get into another accident, I'm happy to say if I do I know who I can trust to take care of me! Thanks.

The facility was immaculate, Adam Cooper provided excellent customer service from the time we turned our car over to Caliber to when the repairs had been completed. He went over what had been done, made sure we were satisfied with the work, and told us to contact him with any questions.
