Although there is a gap in my bumper. I am assured that it will be properly fixed if the gap doesn’t close on its own by the end of the week

My part did not snap in completely & there is still a gap between the 3part bumper. The problem was brought to collision mgmt’s attention. Was told to wait til the end of the week to see if the bumper gap conforms to where it needs to be, before bringing it back in to be fixed properly.

The customer service was nice. The Center manager assured me that they back their repairs 100% for as long as I own my vehicle, so when the gap was brought to his attention, he assured me that if the gap is still on my car by the end of the week, they’ll fix it.

The hood was repaired and the thin black covering for the insulation was torn.

I gave them two numbers to call and they calls number at our NCDPS house to leave a message about our appointment. Called the correct number the day before.
