Sorry for the misspelling, but he was really great.Always kept in touch with us.he let us know everything that was going on the whole step of the way they did a great job repairing our car , but also letting us know what was going on. Obviously this is a difficult situation to be in when you're involved in a traffic accident, but it's great that you have somebody that's on your side that keeps you in the loop every step of the way I highly recommend him. And caliber collision... When you're going through a difficult time , they really make things a lot easier and they did and excellent job , making sure that our car was returned to us in perfect condition

Top piece of bumper cover on left side received a minor chip and a minor scratch in the process of being removed and put back on. Right side of top bumper cover is not back on correctly, does not line up back to factory setting. The area of car that was worked on was not washed and was extremely dirty. Quality control definitely needs to do better. I expected better quality especially being the vechile is only couple months old.
