Had front end damage and was able to get right in with our insurance. Most repair places said 4-6 weeks. Caliber had it done in less than 2 weeks from start to finish. Was informed every Tuesday and Thursday via text on the progress. Would recommend to anyone! Very friendly staff that treats you like family.

The repair was faster than I thought it would be and it was all done very well. The car was even cleaned on the inside and out after it was fixed. That going above and beyond is worth a lot.

On the quality of the finished product, I give a 10 star review. On service, I was very dissatisfied. Here's why: On day one, I was sent an email giving me an opportunity to report all of the damage sustained to my vehicle. I listed everything and sent pictures. Upon my arrival to sign papers, I listed them again and a gentleman took more photos. Some time after dropping the car off, my insurance sent me a check for the estimate, on June 9. One week later, I received a phone call from Caliber asking me about some damage that was discovered after the initial quote. It was damage that I had already listed twice before. This required a supplemental check from my insurance to be sent on June 16, which postponed the completion of the car by more than two additional weeks. On June 30, I received an email from my insurance that a third check was issued for, "additional repairs." I still don't know what those repairs were. I feel that if more attention to detail was put on the initial questionnaire, much time could have been saved. I want to close on a positive point, the car turned out beautiful - way more beautiful than I've ever seen it. I wasn't expecting the detailing, so that was a pleasant surprise. If customers have plenty of time and aren't in due need of a speedy return, then Caliber does great work.

The truck looks incredible. I can't believe it is the same truck. The detailer did a great job!!! The body man and painter did great as well!
