The staff was Awesome!😀They helped me arrange a rental car to pick up there when I brought my car for repairs so I was not inconvenienced having to go to another place to rent a car. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle from start to finish. I had some scuffs on an area of my car I thought I would need to pay out of pocket to fix and they were able to buff it out at no charge. Very friendly, honest and trustworthy. I will recommend to everyone I know! Love the guarantee of repairs as long as I own the car as well. Class act! I wish all businesses operated this way!! Thank you so much!😀🥳

Today I went to pick up my car and Dale came outside and greeted me. My car had been detailed and looked very nice and pleasing. The Collision work done on my vehicle looks great as well. I'm very satisfied and will give this shop a 💯. Thank you for your great customer service and work.

I am very pleased with your great customer service as this shop went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was finished in a timely manner, the red is hard to match on my car and Caliber made it match better than my last collision shop did. Dale was very manerly and pleasant to do business with. The manager was very respectful and pleasing as well. The receptionist was the sweetest. My car came back detailed and perfectly beautiful. I'm very satisfied with knowing my paint work that Caliber painted also has warranty. I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else besides Caliber Collision in Benton, IL.
