Your shop did a really good job, my vehicle looks great with the repairs and paint. Also, thank you for detailing my vehicle and washing it. That was really nice as well and a really nice added bonus. You all were pleasant to deal with and thank you for all the updates throughout the whole process. Everything was all much appreciated. Caliber Collision in Benton was very helpful from the start after my Chevy Cruze was damaged by hitting a deer. They were able to get the vehicle in for repairs shortly after I contacted my insurance agent, and they did a very good job keeping me informed, via texts, of the progress being made. Additionally, they had taken care of making sure I had a rental car for the time my Cruze was in the shop. I was very pleased with the repair work done on my car, and I appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of the Caliber Collision staff.

Very pleased with the kindness and professionalism of Teresa Beasley, someone I have known for many years; she is fantastic! Also enjoyed the assistance from the gentleman (whose name I didn't catch; sorry about that!) who looked over and photographed the car when I first brought it in, and also answered any questions I had when I picked it up. Additionally, the gentleman who called to let me know my car was ready a day ahead of schedule was very cordial, too.

We are VERY pleased w the repair work & the extra finishing touch of detail cleaning inside & out. (That was a pleasant "extra" surprise!) We appreciated the text updates on work as it progressed. We were disappointed that it took 3 wks to get our car back, since there wasn't major damage. However, we did get it back a wk BEFORE the promised date, and they had warned us that supply chain & labor shortage problems were causing some delays.

I was able to get my car in to the shop pretty quick. My rental was there and ready for me to switch vehicles. The technician maintained communication throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was out of the loop of communication.
