I'm absolutely thrilled! My car looks just fantastic and they even cleaned the dashboard and vacuumed! Above and beyond! I'd been worried about my car not looking quite the same again, and that it may take awhile. Worries begone! Fantastic job! And quick turnaround, too! I almost feel like I stepped into the car when it was new. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Sam and Jamal made me feel like my car was in good hands and that I had nothing to worry about and they were right. Jamal even walked me out to my car in a torrential rainstorm and Sam has been incredibly patient, helpful and understanding every step of the way. I couldn't ask for a better experience. (Well, no rainstorm) :)

Above and beyond! Friendly, considerate and understanding staff turned the unpleasant event of having my car damaged into a very positive outcome. Especially big thanks to Sam and Jamal, who made me feel comfortable and that my car was in the right hands. I'd give them a higher score if I could. My car was well taken care of while entrusted to Caliber and was even returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Caliber was definitely the right choice for my car's needed repair

Very good. One thing I didn't like was when I called Monday July 7th about picking it up the person overseeing things told me it wasn't expected to be done until July 9th despite all the texts I had received for a week and half said the 7th and then a couple hours later I get a text with a new pick update. I'm inquiring based upon your estimate you were texting me.

The Caliber Collision located in Berwyn is fantastic! Superb! They're work is excellent and thorough. No complaints what so ever. And Joe is outstanding. He's honest, straight forward and very personable. He makes the shop, along with Samatha. Who is so pleasant and kind.
