From the first step in the office & meeting the attendances, I saw 1st class operation. They treated me with much respect, appeared professionals in their jobs. Then I met Job who worked with me & willing to go the extra mile & he did. I was surprised of how fast they did the repairs plus I asked Joe to do another small project for me & he didn’t even charged me. The repair was like there was never any damage. The parts where they come together were all even. That was my fist thing I looked for details, being 40 years in photography I see things that others skip over. So thank you Joe & your staff. I would recommend your high standards & care in your work to anyone who wants their vehicle to look like new..

I’m very impressed with the care, professionalism, respect & speed that LibertyMutual acted to achieve the goal in satisfaction of me a client. I can’t say enough. I had other insurance prior to Liberty Mutual. The Liberty Statue in your logo is a very true definition of Liberty’s representation of truth & honesty with real care. Everything was arranged for me by your agent who was incredibly caring & did it all by contacting the shop meat my home & the rental. I’m still amazed of the speed. I have to tell you that while on the phone with Liberty (The Best Ins. Co. second to none) I was getting calls from the body shop & Enterprise. That blew me away. When I finished with your agent, I called both Caliber Shop & Enterprise & discovered with much surprise that they had all the info & didn’t have to give them a litany of info as I thought I had to do which I wasn’t looking forward to do. They had it all to my surprise. It was unbelievable how fast Liberty operated. I have been talking to anyone in need or to switch to Liberty Mutual. Thank you so very much. Caliber Collision (Joe) was impressive & did complete in a surprised fast service. That was incredible. Then Enterprise (Scott) was spectacular in his service & little things he did to facilitate the my needs. Great super job, Liberty Mutual. You & all your people are on the TOP shelf.
