I was involved in a car accident July 31 and didn’t get my car fix until September 29. The representative Kristen Preston was not helpful at all. Ms.Preston will not call, text, or emailed. Very unprofessional. I had to call her since the morning-afternoon for her to pick up the phone. It was such a poor experience. I really thought my car was not going to get fixed . The whole time I was carless . Just horrible.
