I would recommend the local shop. But the call center who calls to set the appointment up harasses you they never stop even when you ask them to stop calling when you’re on vacation they don’t quit. They repeatedly call and call and call they don’t care what you say. They are obnoxious and horrible horrible horrible. !!!!!

The personel at Caliber are more than excellent. Upon realizing that I needed my vehicle ASAP they went above and beyond to make it happen. The finished work was also superb! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any body shop repairs!

Excellent from the beginning to the end. Very professional in all regards. They handled my vehicle like it was their own with all the care I'd hope to put into it myself. I was surprised to find it cleaned inside and out, vacuumed and wiped down as well. I hope to never need their services again but I know where I'm going if I do - it's a clear choice.

I was impressed the way Caliber took care of my pickup. They kept me updated and got the job done in a very short time period. Also when I picked up the pickup, they had washed the outside and detailed the inside. Very good job and give will give them 10 stars!!!

I was very satisfied and impressed the way Caliber Collision took care of my pickup. Hector kept me updated and took me out to the pickup when we went to get it. They had washed the outside of the pickup and detailed the inside until it looked like a new one.
