Oh, and all the work was done pretty great just the weight was terrible. Kept getting promised our car at a certain time. It was not getting it. We gotta make several trips to Houston in a rental and it was very uncomfortable so we were not happy about that, but as far as our car fix and then an excellent job.

The only reason it’s not higher is because it took so long to get it done and whenever we get to the shop other days, we’re not done properly that the manager had to have done, but the manager done a fantastic job of fixing the situation

At the beginning, we wasn’t getting our phone calls returned and things just felt like it kept getting put off with them, but then this new guy came in and took over it and everything was done perfect at that point hes been there for a couple weeks at the time.

The estimated time of completion tend to be misguided. First it was 2-3 days. Then 4-5 days. Eventually it took ten days. Then by tomorrow morning, you’re next in line they just need to clean etc. Can we get an at least close to accurate estimate so the customer can plan accordingly. If you are waiting on the insurance company for supplemental approval ( which I think you were), the customer should be told as such. Lastly, maybe I’m over reacting but… shouldn’t someone go over with the customer what was fixed, corrected etc. Shouldn’t someone do a walk through of what was fixed. Not, your car is ready bye. I don’t know all the terminology used on the invoice indicating what was fixed. They could have said, so basically this is what we did to correct the damage of your vehicle..
