Such a great experience! Caliber Collision made this process so easy and stress free! They had the best customer service. Bevan kept me updated every step of the way and made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. My car looks brand new! I’m so pleased with the outcome! Also, the receptionist was super sweet and helpful. She went over the estimate and bill with me and made all the repairs very clear! I’m so excited to have my car back and I’m so grateful for this team. Especially with the busy holidays!

The process of repairing my car at Caliber Collision due to a rear ended accident was an amazing experience. From the time I arrived to drop off my vehicle to the process of picking up my vehicle, I was treated with the BEST customer service. Chelsea was so kind and understanding and she answered all of my questions throughly. She walked me through the entire process and because of her excellent customer service, I felt confident leaving my vehicle. Les was always available with updates and questions and the texting system with additional updates was very much appreciated.
