Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They contacted me frequently with updates on the process of repairs to my vehicle and any changes that needed to be made to their original assessment. The receptionist was polite helpful and apparently enjoyed her job. I would recommend Caliber Collision in Biloxi MS if you need a competent experienced and informative facility to repair structural damage to your vehicle.

I think Bevan and team are extremely thorough. My Ram had a lot of trouble and different parts that had to be ordered and installed just right and the team did great. My truck is back to it's original new look and condition. I'm happy with the results. Chelsea at front desk talked me thru the steps and Bevan kept me updated on the progress.
