The young lady at the front desk went over and above helping me secure a rental car and explaining everything along the way. She is a pleasure to deal with and great asset to your team. Updates were timely throughout process. Initially the staff at the Gulfport location was very helpful also sending me to Biloxi as they were unable to assist me due to workload.

Chelsea the Office Manager was fantastic. She went above and beyond my expectations of the customer service we received. She made our experience with Caliber Collision a pleasant visit from the time we dropped off our car until we picked the car up. Chelsea even gave us a courtesy call to ensure everything was okay with the car. Chelsea's smile is contagious and refreshing to see so early in the morning.
