They say they open at 7:30. However I arrived twice at 7:30 to find the door licked and some of the staff not yet arrived

Chelsea was extremely nice and always super helpful. She is very personable and anytime that I spoke with her, she really helped me. Dave was okay until the very end when I attempted to contact him numerous times through text messages and phone calls. I needed to know when my car would be ready for pick up so that I could tell the rental car place if I needed more time with the car or not. He completely ignored my text and did not answer the phone when I called. However, when my mom called he answered the phone but was very rude to her. He had a bit of an attitude. This one situation ruined my entire experience.
