Everyone that I had contact with in the phone and at the shop were so friendly and informative. I didn’t know of any shops to take my vehicle to and went to Caliber collision in Pops Ferry Rd Biloxi and I am so glad I let them repair my vehicle! Chelsea is the receptionist there and she is a great asset to their business. She is another reason I chose to have my vehicle repaired there.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't remove all of the pink marker that they put on my car. I had to get some remover and get all of that chart off of my car. Other than that everything was fine.

Everyone at Caliber was so professional & accomodating. They kept me up to date on the progress & made it an easy experience for me. Also, I had a glitch with my vehicle after getting it home.
