Chelsea was extremely kind, professional and understanding of my situation with getting my car repaired and getting a rental set up for me with Enterprise. This was my first time handling getting a repair done on my car on my own since moving out of my parent’s home. Being a girl with little to no knowledge of cars, both Chelsea and Dave were understanding, made everything easy to understand for me and both did a great job with repairing my car and getting my arrangements set up with the rental car and contacting my insurance company as well!

They made repairs to my sunroof but the drivers floor board was soaked. I called them to see what was going on. They picked my truck up and fixed moldings on roof and made adjustments to sunroof but didn't remove/dry out carpet and padding on drivers side. I ended up doing it myself so it wouldn't smell.

From initial quote until pick up everyone at Caliber was top notch. Very knowledgeable, very accommodating of questions along the way. Even when Dave was on vacation, the staff was helpful and able to assist. I've already recommended Caliber to several friends. Great work by great people!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job on repairing the damage to my vehicle. All of the staff I encountered were professional but it begins when you enter the building and is met by Chelsey. Excellent customer service by all even through the defaulted part they had to replace a day after receiving my vehicle. My first time using this company and I am pleased with the service I received.

Excellent customer by everyone I encountered. Caliber Collision also assisted me with an issue unrelated to the repair. I had purchased a battery a day previous and when I called to tell them about the light bulb blowing out, they sent someone to my house to install the battery. I took the car back up there for them to order the new light.

My vehicle was basically held hostage even though the repairs were completed all because repairs were done before they were authorized by the insurance. This inconvenienced me greatly and I should've called the police.

Chelsea!!!!!!! We originally went to the OS location and cancelled after a very unpleasant experience at our initial appointment for the estimate. When I called our insurance company to schedule with another company they asked if we would like to try the Biloxi location so I reluctantly agreed. When I called to schedule the appt for the estimate, Chelsea answered the phone with such a pleasant attitude and when I arrived for the appt she was just as pleasant and helpful with a big smile. Chelsea is the reason we decided to stay with Caliber. The guys involved in the estimate process, repair and maintenance were wonderful as well. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and kept me updated on the progress. But again I would’ve never given Caliber a second chance if it weren’t for Chelsea.
