Excellent work. Only disappointed that car was not detailed. It was dirtier when picked up than when delivered. Loved being kept up to date on every step in process. Front office customer service was the best I have experienced in Biloxi.

I hit semi tire tread on the interstate and it did $10,000 worth of damage underneath my car. As stated earlier I mentioned the first time I went in that something sounded like it was dragging back by the rear wheel. When my car was returned the first time and I realized the dragging sound was still there, I went back to Caliber. Gary did take it for a test drive but never heard the noise. He said if it continued they would send to the dealership to see if they could figure it out. I honestly felt like he didn't believe me. I was so frustrated with his lack of trying to figure it out that I went to my son in law to take a ride with me. He heard the noise and climbed under my car and within minutes saw the problem. The metal covering by the drive shaft was all crumpled up and a piece of metal was cutting into the drive shaft each time I turned, which was the noise I was hearing. It wasn't the rear wheel but the proximity is very close. We took pictures and I once again went back to Caliber, who finally really looked. The drive shaft, covering, and gas tank all still needed to be replaced. It is beyond me how anyone can hit road debris that does so much damage and no one ever thought to put the car up on the lift to totally assess damage. I was told by an employee that they don't regularly lift cars up to look. I think that is something that should change. If my car had been lifted and all damage found initially, you would have a happy customer instead of an unhappy one.

From the first time I walked into Caliber Collision for initial assessment, I told Gary when I turned corners I could hear something that sounded like it was dragging around the rear passenger wheel and only lasted 5 to 6 seconds. I also stated that it did not happen each time I turned but at least 7 out of 10 times. He said it was probably debris that would quickly file off. After my car was supposedly repaired, I had barely made it home when I turned a corner and the dragging sound was still there. I returned to Caliber the next day and Gary went out and looked in each wheel, didn't see anything and told me if it continued, bring it back and they would send to dealership and see if they could figure it out.
