Don't understand why keep so long to get it done, normally fix only 2 or 3 days. My car took 16 days kinda longer I never had the experience this long thanks to get it done

The work itself was good but the time it took was way beyond what I was promised in the beginning. My car was in the shop from June 11-July 8. My rental only covered 27 days.
