The only reason this is not a 10 is that somehow my contact info was written down wrong and so I did not receive text messages for about 5 days. Thankfully I had a hunch something was up and called and we got the matter fixed.

Communication from one service I would say manager to be other. It wasn't that good in the beginning. The young guy didn't clarify what was broken. What was missing? So the vehicle had to sit there for another week. Until the parts came in still experiencing some type of vibration. Noise in the front whenever I hit a bump on the left side. Same side not that they replaced, but one of the sides. I was complaining about brother than that. Communication needs to be a little bit better. I will bring it back up there for a chest drive with service manager and see if we can find that noise.Thank you
