I was surprised at how satisfied I was. I had planned to go to a different collision body shop, but the reviews were stronger for this place. The communication was fantastic. The workers cared whether or not they did a good job. They got my car done 2 days sooner than they expected. The entire experience was painless and it was a joy to meet the workers.

Everyone at caliber was so nice and helpful. Even when I came back to get the lock on my door looked at, everyone worked hard and fast to make sure I would have my car in good working order for the weekend. I really appreciated getting text updates on how the repairs were moving along; I felt in the loop without having to call for updates everyday.
