On first look and to the untrained eye the repairs look good. Opened the hatch at the shop and the inside door of the hatch is filthy. The man that walked me to my car backed into the spot (this comes into play later) embarassedly went inside for cleaner. Still not clean. Why is this a big deal? One of the last things that was sent to me by Eddie is that they were just cleaning up and doing the last inspection. Obviously it wasn't cleaned and it missed inspection. Something so small, yet easily seen was overlooked. That throws a lot of doubt on the rest of the work is it only fisually appealing but not structually sound? Also, the first time I go to back up, the back up camera has something obstructing it. I can't wipe it off. How did that get missed in inspection or by the person who backed the car into the space? Today I did a little walk around there is a lot more play in the drivers side than the left in the back. Why? What else will be found when my mechanic friend back home looks it over?

They were very friendly and kept me up to date throughout the process. They moved the completion date forward multiple times which was fantastic! My car looks great and runs like new! I would highly recommend this location- great manager on site as well!
