Yes! I was very satisfied with Caliber. Especially with Caleb. He was very helpful from the first time I came in and he evaluated the damage. He explained everything to me very clearly which really helped bc I had never had an accident before. He kept me in the loop with how the repair work was going which I appreciated very much. When I came to pick up my vehicle today Caleb made sure I was satisfied with the results. I would definitely refer anyone that needs repair work done in the future! to Caliber. You guys are great! And thank you Caleb for being so kind and putting my mind at ease.

Looks good overall. Hood is minutely different on spacing from side to side, but you wouldn't notice unless looking for it.

What a first class experience. Regular updates, open and honest communication, and our truck looked great. The main lobby was immaculately put together and the customer service from the team at Caliber in Bloomington was top notch. While I hop I don’t need these services again, if I do, Caliber Collision will be my first and only choice:

I found a part in the cup holder and don’t know what it is but it doesn’t seem to affect the way my car works. I plan to return it when I take my car back to have a braket replaced when that part comes in.
