On March 19th, 2025 at approximately 6pm, I left Caliber Collision with my newly repaired 1500 Silverado. While en route to my house, when using the left turn signal as necessary, it rapidly clicked and displayed on the dashboard, “Left Rear Turn Indicator Failure.” Upon arrival to my house, I checked to see if the left rear turn taillight flashed. It does not flash while utilizing the left turn signal. My guess would be a wiring issue. Consequently, I will be dropping off the vehicle at Caliber Collision on March 20th, 2025 at approximately 6am for further repair.

Very happy with service all around. From getting an estimate to scheduling the repair their communication was excellent! The back shop did a great job with the bodywork and my car looks better than it did before the accident! Thank you! I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision in the future

Took way to long with fixing my vehicle was with them and midstate for over a month. I know it takes time for parts but was in shop for over a month.

The computer generated messages were confusing and different from the information I received from actual human at Caliber. Led to some unnecessary phone calls on my part. Caliber employees were excellent.

My only concern was the time that it took to get the proper tail light that worked.

I feel like I should have been informed that they were having problems with the tail light instead of me having to call because the repair was taking so long. Also the follow-up calls that were promised didn’t come and I had to continue to call for status.
