The door is not fixed properly. When I went to pickup after repairs, found the front door is not aligned with rear door. They told us to drop next day. Then I did. They fixed the alignment and created new issue. Now the car door is sagging. Again dropped the car and they said fixed. When I went to pickup then the door sagging is NOT fully fixed. I still feel the door is not fixed, now it is making noise. It is very frustrating.

Caliber did an awesome job at fixing my car and keeping me in the loop. I was not happy with the company delivering parts. They keep saying the last couple parts were on the truck on the way but did not show up.

Good thing they’re friendly. Took over a month to fix my car, then tried to give me a car back with issues that weren’t fixed from the accident. After 3 weeks of not having my car they finally decided to give me a rental after they were 2 weeks late on the estimated time it took to fix my car.
