I appreciate how quickly Caleb was willing to get my car in for the initial estimate. I had to actually push it back a day because I was not prepared for same day service. I also like how i had the preference of Communication methods. I chose text message and it was enough information in the message "we are on track" and if o wanted more I could click a link for more information versus overloading me with details I wasn't concerned about. Plus the repairs loom amazing!

Was absolutely crushed to have been in an accident with a car that wasn’t even a year old yet, worried about if it would ever look the same. We were so impressed when we came to pick the vehicle up - it might have looked better than the day we had it delivered to our house. Spotlessly detailed, flawlessly blended paint, and so far the last couple of days driving have put our mind at ease about the quality of the repair workmanship - so far, no funny rattles or bumps or handling issues; it’s hard to believe that it would be as sound as it was when it rolled off the factory floor, but we’ve seen no evidence to the contrary. Very very impressed.
