Reka was fantastic at keeping us informed of both progress and set backs. Even when the issue was something Caliber couldn’t take care of, she made arrangements with a dealership and checked in with them on our behalf. The truck looks brand new and while we haven’t had a chance to drive it much yet, we feel confident in Caliber’s guarantee if issues do arise.
