I receive a professional image as soon as I walk in. I was greeted nice and was told that I would be with someone soon and was very surprised how quick , easy and informed on what needed to be done and got updates on repair . When I first picked my car up I was disappointed to see some dust specks in the finish, but they kept it another day and were able to fix the issues and was a beautiful finish. I was disappointed that they took the liberty to put touch up paint on every ding and scratch (most of which simply did not need it) and while I appreciate the gesture, it looked worse than before. I feel like that's something if it matched and was done with precision, would be a great added service and huge selling point. Customer service was fantastic though...everyone was very nice. Length of time they had my car was a bit extreme in my opinion. Overall happy.

Customer service was great but mechanical/paint service not so much. Within 10 minutes after picking up my car my fender liner flew off my car on the highway and onto oncoming traffic and almost caused a collision. Fast forward a month and the same spot that was painted is now chipping away from my vehicle. Overall not the greatest experience.
