A phone call to tell me that my car was finished would have been preferred rather than an automated text. When I picked the car up, they had me sign a paper and then just handed me the key. No one came out to go over the repair with me or look at the car with me. Very cold feeling and super strange.

There was grease left in multiple spots on the headliner, plastic inside the car which wasn’t put back on correctly to find out the clips were broken and needed to be replaced. I have had to have the bumper looked at 3x now to get the marks fixed which is the reason I brought it in for repairs in the first place. There was also a paint drip line on the door that required refinishing

Chose this location as it was close and new. Had high expectations which were not fully met. Again, general work was good but you need to be fully complete in the work.

Generally, work was good. My license plate was not put back on there are scuff marks in the new chrome bumper. Totally ruins any of the good work that was performed.
