The entire Staff were great through the entire process. Explaining everything along the way, updating on The status of Repairs regularly. While It was unfortunate we had to use them, we would definitely recommend this shop.

Attention to detail with gap/flush needs to be priority. Other than that, overall service was good.

Overall, satisfied with work performed. I thought the gap/flush where the hood meets the facia could have been better. 3 to 5 mm gap with the facia sitting in further than hood.

The repair was amazing - but more importantly the service was outstanding. There was consistent and clear communication regarding the repair and repair process. They were more than helpful when dealing with issues on my end regarding a rental vehicle. The entire team is courteous and friendly. I have done nothing but rave about Caliber Collision since my visit - and will not be taking my car anywhere else in the future!

Left either lots of residue or overspray paint on both sides of the car. Also, there is a few spots where you can feel and see either dirt or dust or dirt inside the paint. There is also a fisheye on the panel that was painted
