I am extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service Caleb provided me at Caliber Collision. He went above and beyond what he had to do to repair my car. I originally took my vehicle into Kurt’s Auto body shop after a deer hit my car. When I got my car back from Kurt’s Auto body shop, the car was “shaking” and pulling to the right when I was driving it. I called Kurt’s to report it. They said, “ they just do body work” not front end alignments. So, after talking with St. Farm, they gave me Caliber Collision’s name as a preferred provider and I took my car in. Caleb drove it and said it could be a number of things causing it to shake and pull to the right. He said he would have the techs check it and he would call me with the plan. After evaluating my car, Caleb sent me pictures of the poor quality of workmanship Kurt’s Auto body shop did on my car and contacted St. Farm and sent them the pics of my car that still needed repair and got it approved to have an alignment done and body work fixed and finished up to Caliber Collision’s excellent standards. I will be forever grateful to Caleb for the outstanding service he provided me!! Also, Stephaine at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to me. :) Thanks to the techs who did the repairs on my car …. fantastic work!!

The repair looks great. Seemed kind of expensive but it’s been a long time since I’ve had body work done so maybe this is typical these days. The insurance company was ok with it and that’s the main thing.

Courteous, somewhat timely service. Since received vehicle day before leave for vacation, not able verify work completed satisfactorily. Will get back to you. Issue - needed windshield replaced, didnt do it w/all body work being done, acknowledge dont do glass only, however not good to have a customer's vehicle for 2+ weeks, then expect customer to be w/o vehicle another 1-2 days at another shop, when already $8k+ repair.
