I wish this were a scale rather than a yes or no. I would go at least 8 or 9 out of 10. I called and worked out getting the door guards removed, and that was not done. I also have never had body work done and not had the car cleaned before being returned. Nothing huge, the body work is great. So, on a yes or no...it's not "completely satisfied", but the actual work the company was fully responsible for was done well.

EXCELLENT service received from Caliber Collision. They regularly contacted me to keep me updated re. the status of my vehicle, and when it was finished, which was EXACTLY on the timetable they originally estimated, it looked like my vehicle was brand new, again.

The vehicle came back to me in fantastic condition, and was as clean as the day I first bought it. The repair is not finished. I have to stop by the office today so they can look at the roof of my vehicle. The red market is still visible, and the paint has not been buffed.
